        We assume you have legal permission to use any graphic submitted.

        Before we engrave any custom work you will be sent a Proof for Final Approval.It is your responsibility to Review, Request Edits, and Verify Everything (including Spelling) BEFORE APPROVING. Once approved, We are not responsible for Graphic / Text inaccuracies. 


        File Formats:  We will rework your graphics if needed. JPG, JPEG, PNG are preferred, please no Zip Or Rar compressed files.

        The higher the definition, The better the final product will look.


        Graphic Color:  All graphics will be converted to black and white (no Gray) so avoid blurry images or images with a lot of shading or poor contrasting colors / features.

        >Our Lasers do not engrave in color even though we can shade metals to silvers, gold and even black depending on the metal and Some polymers can also be frosted different shades as well. For the most part think Black And White.


        Size:  A good suggestion is to scale your image on your computer screen to the size you want it engraved, if it is hard to recognize or looks bad doing this then finished product will also not look good.


        Design Policy:  If we design a graphic and use it for an engraving then there is no charge, Otherwise there will be a $25 fee to cover design time. 


        Social Media Sharing Policy  We share photos & videos of products & services on social media to promote our business.At the time of order please specify if you do not want us to post your item online and or specify delayed posting. Let us know not to post online until after a specific date. Also, Let us know If you specifically want us to "Tag" anyone or add Hashtags.


        Payment :   We will contact you for payment once the work is completed. Jobs that require extensive work may require a deposit. We accept most Credit Cards, PayPal, and some Crypto Currency. Possibly Barter. If you have something to offer just ask.


        Shipping Items to us:   Please send with a list of enclosed contents (include pertinent serial numbers if applicable)You will be emailed a copy of this form.  We suggest placing a printed copy of this form in the box (you will be emailed a copy after submission). It is your responsibility to research & understand State and Federal Firearm shipping laws.
